150W Co2 Laser
Equipped with a robust 150W CO2 laser tube, this machine offers a sizable 1300 x 900 mm cutting bed, making it ideal for handling a variety of materials. Our laser cutter allows us to cut and engrave intricate details into acrylic, MDF, natural wood, glass and much more. This machine produces laser polished edges on acrylic up to 15mm thick.
Spartan CNC Router
The 3000 x 1500mm Spartan, complete with a Vacuum bed. This router has a high-performance 6.0kw air-cooled spindle which allows us to cut a wide range of materials, ensuring a high quality, precise finish. A wide range of cutting blades allow us to cut materials that include: MDF, acrylic, foamex, ACM and aluminium.
Automatic Letter Bender
The ALB 02 Combo allows us to effortlessly produce built up letters, with a return from 20mm – 160mm. The letters can be constructed from aluminium up to 1.2mm or stainless steel up to 0.8mm. Faces of the letters are then welded on using a 500w laser welder. The built in display allows us to produce detailed letters with smaller stroke widths than the traditional welding process.
Letters can be assembled with internal LEDs to create halo and face illuminated letters.
Metal Fabrication
Our Automatic Hydraulic Guillotine allows us to precisely cut panels down to size. Panels are then placed on the pneumatic corner notcher. The 3.2m hydraulic box pan folder allows us to fold aluminium panels up to 4mm thick to create tray signs. In-house MIG/TIG welding of aluminium and mild steel allow us to weld both trays and framework.
Substrate Finishing
Once printed, our machinery allows us to then provide a perfect finish. Vinyl is run through an automatic laminator which can laminate 40m of vinyl in 30 minutes. When laminating panels, we use the flat bed applicator. Both machines are equipped with heat assisted rollers that remove any blemishes.
Wet Spraying.
We can spray steel, aluminium, acrylic, MDF, foamex using standard, quick air dry paint, epoxy finishes and acrylic. We can spray to almost any colour, including all 216 Classic RAL colours, pantones, and leading paint brands. Paints can be sealed with a satin or high gloss finish.
